DESCRIPTION:
I use formply alot in my workshop builds, it's a wonderfully versatile material that has some unique properties that lend itself to being the perfect product for all sorts of workshop projects.
In the last video I completed the loft bed build, and following on from that I knew I'd be building a bookshelf to go under it. Originally it was planned to use hardwood, however once I calculated the quantity required, and price it would cost to acquire, then I knew an alternative solution was needed.
Thus I wondered if humble formply could be the solution. It's never occurred to me to see if you could incorporate what is essentially a construction material into furniture building. Can it be done, or more importantly can it look good?
Well I did do it, and you be the judge on whether you like it or not.
Thanks for watching!
