Thank you Miguel so much for this video! The same exact thing happened to me with the 2nd vaccine. Was (am) a type A personality, was in a very stressful phase of my life caregiving for a sick family member during the pandemic then got the 2nd vaccine and BAM. Totally debilitated. Fast forward a year, found yours & Raelen’s videos and am 85/90% recovered from that and dedicated work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.❤

I feel I am a high sensitive person and I just don't like to meet people every day, to have a very busy lifestyle, to work full-time, to do hard sports. I pushed myself often to be part of society. But if I imagine my ideal life it is very calm, with few close friends, not dozens of, with nature, with working what i love and how much i like... and think that is ME, not CFS. So I'd say I'd be fully recovered when I can live that life without urge to push... i think my fully recoverd would be 70% of what maybe your fully recovered is, but your fully recovered would be my not-fully-recovered because i still had my pusher-mentality. So if I would crash when I try to do as much as you do, it would be like you would keep all your old patterns. Would you agree? I am sometimes a bit confused because i often saw myself proceeded far because i was able to walk 4km and meet 2x week a friend and others say they workout, they go partying and so on... but i feel i don't like it, it would mean pushing to be as cool as the others.
@cfsrecovery
Жыл бұрын
Absolutely, recovery is a very personal journey and what feels fully recovered for one person may be different for another. It's important to listen to your own body and honor your true self. If your ideal life involves a calm and more nature-centered lifestyle with fewer social engagements and intense activities, then that's what you should aim for in your recovery. Comparing yourself to others can lead to unnecessary pressure and setbacks. Focus on what feels right for you and work towards that, even if it looks different from others' paths. Remember, recovery is about finding balance and well-being that aligns with your unique needs and desires. Trust your intuition and go at your own pace. You know yourself best! 🌱💚

Has anyone prior to cfs developed any kind of injury fall or accidents please consider this even some rec et says the same for fibromyalgia a vast percentage of suffering have a loss of neck curve all of this is on the web search keywords like me cfs neck instability straight neck etc

Fascinating study and information, I think it has many layers to it. I've heard trauma expects say that many with chronic illness and conditions also suffered from early trauma or (survival) stress, so the nervous system has been on overload for long periods. I would view the whole situation holistic and find out where there has been pressure on the body, mind and emotional system now or in the past. I follow a few that have recovered from other chronic diseases and they had to really change their life style, patterns and behaviours plus do healing before they recovered.

@@DarkoFitCoachif it is only an over Stimulation issue then why where you able doing all the things you did before as you was a Teenager for example without getting overstimulated without triggering cfs. As i had my crash i was doing more a lazy Lifestyle because i knew i was not capable like before. I was resting a lot while hearing good music i was always anxious about health issues and one day was enough to do things i did before and it crashed me into bed now for 7 months. So i would say it is not only an overstimulation
