Yes indeed!

At 12:42 After the bishop takes the queen here the king just takes the bishop FIRST, and then promotes on the other side and it is much easier to play a minister vs a lonely king than with an irritating bishop.

Text solution: 1.Ke4 White must prevent Black from putting the Bishop on the long (a1-h8) diagonal. 1......Bd8 Black's goal is to get to the long diagonal and place his King in front of the b pawns. If he can do those, the game is a draw. 2. b6! The move 2.Ke5 appears to deny the Bishop access to the long diagonal, but Black can gain a tempo with 2...Bg5 3.h7 Bc1, and wins the pawn if it queens via Bb2+. If 3.Kd6 Bxb2 3.Kc6 Be5!, and White can't make progress. 4.b6 (Kd5 Bb2 reverts to the previous position) Ka6, and White can't support the b pawn to the queening square. With the given move, White obstructs Black's access to b6 and gains a tempo. 2......Ka6 2...Kxb6 3.Kf5, and Black's Bishop can no longer go to g5 to gain a tempo or to b6 to stop the h-pawn. 2...Bxb6 3.h7 and promotes next move. 2...Bg5 3.b7 2...Bh4 3.b7 (or h7), and Black can't stop both pawns. With the given move, Black threatens to capture the pawn and also to get in front of it on b6. 3. Ke5! Now this works (It didn't on the previous move; see notes). 3..... Bg5 Black picks up a tempo to try to get to the long diagonal. 4.h7 Bc1 5.Kd6! And not the silly 5.h8/Q Bxb2+ 5.....Bxb2 Now all Black needs to do is get in front of the pawn. White doesn't give Black time. 6.Kc7! 6.Kc6? doesn't work. After 6....Be5, White is in the same position as in the notes to move 2. 6.... Be5+ 6....Bc3, temporizing with the Bishop doesn't work, either. 7.c7, Be5+ 8.Kc8, and White simply moves either pawn t the queening square, followed by the other. 7.Kc6 Now we have the same position as in the notes to move 2, except it's BLACK'S turn to move. Black is in Zugzwang and must either move the King away, move the Bishop off of the long diagonal and allow the h7 pawn to promote, or move the Bishop along the long diagonal and grant White's King access to c7. 7..... Bd4 (or anywhere along the long diagonal) 7...Ka4 8.c7, and White gets a Queen with one of the two pawns. With the move, Black has one last trick. 8.b7 The hasty 8.Kc7? is met with Bxb6+, followed by Bd4 8.....Ka7 9.Kc7 White finally gains control of this square. 9..... Be5+ 10. Kc8 And Black can no longer stop both pawns.

Wow, that was brilliant. I couldn't see any of it. You are being too nice though - at 12:45 I'd take the Bishop before I got a Queen. Why let him have the Bishop! LOL!

Near the end where you queened with the b pawn and bishop takes queen, king can take the bishop.

It's important to note that Kd6 wins, while Kd5 does not win. They both lead to a zugzwang, but with Kd6 and Kc7 It will be black's turn after Be5+ and Kc6

Nice catch! Kd5 does not work. Only Kd6 works here.

15:21 just take the B right away, the pawn queens on the next move.

The question was "can *you* win this endgame with white". My answer was no. One can, but I couldn't.
