Like Chris said above, Gros Morne although breathtaking, is in Newfoundland. Nowhere near Toronto and not even in an adjacent province.

It’s really too bad that someone actually near Toronto has not cashed in on the popularity of RVing. It’s big business in the States. We’re talking state-of-the-art RV campgrounds and KOAs, not only for the kids in their 20s who can still sleep in a tent, but to attract the $$$$ of many on-the-move retirees. I would like to be close enough to my grandchild in Toronto to make a weekend of it, or to visit sites and friends in Toronto. Directing us to the far reaches of Labrador or the Bruce peninsula is a non-choice. We don’t just walk on trails, we go into the city, spend money in fancy restaurants and at events, expect top notch facilities. In the States, there are campsites that rival Canada’s Wonderland and Great Wolf Lodge. I’m Canadian and It’s embarrassing that you won’t get with the program!
