I am obsessed with his music and his voice. I've never bought any music in my life (I'm a pirate, jail me) except The Weeknds. I've bought all his albums off iTunes. I've never felt so excited about a musician/artist ever before. Whenever I talk about him I get super excited. Dudes fucking amazing. He seems very humble about himself and not full of himself at the same time. not many R&B singers have made it in the US except for Dan Hill, Drake, Kardinal Offshall, and Deborah Cox (she is so underrated). Congrats The Weeknd, I hope you keep putting out really great music. That song "Earned It" really was haunting too - now he can contribute more to movie soundtracks too.

Proud to have seen this all take place, proud of beeing a fan, and knowing that your artist is getting the credit that he deserves. Abel, we know you didn't really need the change, to take the step to be mainstream because you already were and you know some of us, hoped that you'd stay underground.
