Put a salt and spread it sparringly only few of 🧂 and you can put black pepper ,actually you can put dark soy sauce, instead of salt, put a beaten egg 🥚 😉 also but you put the rice on the side of the frying pan while your cooking the egg then when the egg is about to cooked you mix it all together, with the rice then continues toasting together with the egg in in it! 🍳 for about 3 second and if you have spring onions sprinkle it the spring onions? Enjoy 😉

Wow, still my favorite foreigner who tries Filipino food coz u almost perfectly eat how it's supposed to be eaten, with no hesitations, fuzziness and genuinely enjoy the food. Even try to learn it traditionally. Plus Mum and son's bonding is so cute.

I put the rice in the fridge overnight. That helps with the rice almost being like confetti when you squeeze it by hand. For a bit more flavor, I put a dash of chicken powder and a bit of soy sauce. Of course, the version you prepared is perfection in simplicity. I would have liked to see five cloves of garlic, though.😊
When i cook garlic rice i also put 1pc. egg, beat the egg then put on the rice and mix. It also yummy 🤤,

Almost perfect! just reduce the amount of oil... add a hint of salt and pepper if you will eat it alone; just for the taste... also, you can add small pieces of lift over meat and other veges - grilled pork, fried fish, fried eggs, sausages, porkchops, carrots...

Good starter sir. Usually my basic sinangag more garlic atleast half of the garlic (or more). Put egg then stir to coat the rice grains and instead of salt, i used patis(fish sauce) & a pinch of MSG for seasoning.. keep it up sir 👍

level up ur garlic rice. saute bacon bits until oil comes out. add chopped garlic until brown. drop rice, mix until it is kinda dry, dont stop mixing. ahaha. takes a while. get your arm workout ready. add salt. if you have magic sarap from supermarket, that would be better. best served with sunny side up egg. enjoy🥰

putting salt on the cold leftover rice and mixing it before frying it trust me it's 100% better. and most important the garlic to rice ratio is 500g of garlic for 1kg of rice. and separately fry 2 eggs (i prefer scramble) then chop it to bits while on the pan. after cooking the eggs separate it in a bowl then after cooking all the rice mix the eggs. no need for soy sauce. it's not good with garlic rice.
