Preheat the oven at 180 C or 350 F
Method:
--To prepare buttermilk, mix the Lemon juice and Milk together. Set it aside.
--Beat the eggs and sugar for 10 min.
--Add in the Vanilla and the buttermilk. Beat for 1 min.
--Slowly add the oil and beat the mixture.
--Sift in the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
--USE spatula or wooden spoon to fold the ingredients. Be gentle.
--Pour the mixture on to the liners.
--Dip the 2 caramel candies into 1 cupcake. And put 2 KitKat chocolate on the other.
--Bake the cupcakes for 25 mins or until golden brown from top. Check with a toothpick and it should come out clean.
-Once done, take the cupcakes out of their pan and let them cool overnight!
