I canned up a few pints of Malabar Spinach a few weeks back, but didn't film a video on it. Shortly after, we used a jar in it for one of our dinners, and you guys really wanted to know how I canned it. I pulled my final harvest from the garden, and we'll can it up together this time - it's really super simple. Blanch, Jar, Can, Enjoy. Pints go for 70 minutes, and Quarts go for 90. Pressure is based on elevation where you live. Ball Book references in the video is here: amzn.to/3SQpVZK ♥
