Using fresh aromatic ingredients, this is an extremely appetising and flavourful seafood dish. If you are a clam lover, this is one recipe u should definitely try cooking.
Ingredients need:
500g clams (lala)
one thumb size sliced ginger
1 clove minced garlic (add more to your preference)
2 sliced chilli padi (optional)
2 stalks spring onion
Sauce mixture
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese wine
Some pepper
1 tsp sugar
To thicken the sauce:
1 tbsp corn flour
some water
** - Optional to add extra 1 tbsp of Chinese wine when clams are added in
Do not overcook the clams (Off fire when most clams are open)
