Whats the Calorie/Meter substitution for the 1000m/800m C2 Bike, if I'm using C2 Row, C2 SkiErg or Echo Bike?

500/400m Row or Ski, 30/21 Calorie Echo bike

@@VintageCrossFit thats was tougher than I thought...as always haha. I built to a moderately heavy 5x Rep Push Press, 8 sets total up to 195lbs. Then did the WOD, RX but Subbed 30x Calories Echo Bike because I don't have a C2 bike yet. Did it in 29:18 and those last 5 calories were soul crushing. Wooo, great WOD Vintage, thanks!
