Been living in Cape Coral since 1989 and it's always been a pit of despair. There is nothing for the young to do, amalgamated with over expectations from the elderly who think it's a retirement village and can't afford "The Villages" which leads to a sad state of affairs for all. The infrastructure of CC never accounted for the influxes due to home market false inflation and "bubbles" and effective marketing. No different than Orlando now. 1/10 avoid at all costs. Northern FL will have what you want in the early 2020's. Take care on your purchasing and DO NOT be fooled...again

getting around here is AWFUL!!! It took me an HOUR to get from Cape Coral to Naples and coming home in the afternoon? Forget it!! It's even longer. Why is the interstate STOPPED right around Bonita?? why??
