+Rob Chapman a note on the acoustic, "The Michigan". They were marketed solely by a company called B&SL based out of Toronto, they marketed banjos, acoustics, and archtops all under the name "The Michigan". The archtops are pretty well thought of; Cliff Richard used one, as well as Dave Brock from Hawkwind, and Peter Green on Fleetwood Mac's "Oh Well".

You guy's have something special, I had a good friend ,he passed about 4 year's ago, life has not been the same or ever will be, cherish your friendship. Sht just happens, and one day your best mate, is gone. I love you Guy's!! All the way from the heart land USA, Oklahoma. If I ever get to Europe , I hope to meet you too in person. Gd bless, Micheal . my father in law taught me to play he is gone as well captain, he had that same strat, my mother in law is a witch, he had about ten guitars, he passed away it's been 6 years now, she hasn't even offered me one of his guitars, it's fkn crazy!! They just set there, she just let's them collect dust, it's sad, I wanted a strat for over 13 year's now,I'm on disability, I'm crippled, but can set and play, if course disability dosent pay well , I've got to Boy's to raise, one is my steep son, but raised him sence he was 1& half, I've got an old olp guitar, that's my only electric, but I take care of it, I clean fretboard once a month, and polish it every week, I have a old flamenco guitar I found by someone's house by the curb, I totally fixed, well just refurbished it, not bad looking and playing guitar for free lol, if you Guy's ever have a beat up strat, that's affordable as in dirt cheap let me know I'll do what I can, I'll sell what I can to get it, let me know ( my email is ( panthason@gmail. Com it's a shame my wicked steep mother won't come off one of my father in law's strats for me but that's her, ohh she let's me at least clean them once a year tho ? Crazy, he has an old cream colored japp strat that I really want, it's rusted, I could make it like new. That's the one he played the most, he got his one like your father in law, American , he paid close to a grand for it, he only got to play like five time's than he passed away,my mother in law is letting us rent her house tho, but in a locked bedroom, she keeps all his guitars, she won't even let me play em, I hate her for that, he was my guitar teacher, and of course she knows that, omg what a old bag!
