Buying a new car for cheap at a 'car supermarket'. Car manufacturers overproduce their cars, register them and then sell them on to other resellers which are nicknamed Car Supermarkets.
Car manufacturers do this to drift up their sales figures, which looks good for shareholders and such. Therefore allowing people to make profit off buying a new 'used' car for less.
