Great explanation bruv, would you recommend changing components on both sides. Or is it acceptable to change just the one side?👍🏼

Best off changing both sides as it will put more stress on the other side which is older and probably original from factory, many times I've changes springs on customers cars just one side and less than a week the other side goes and they're back in for the other one to be changed
