450 grams (2.00 cups) Unsalted butter
250 grams (2.00 cups) Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp (1/2 tsp) Salt

200 grams (1 cups) sugar
3 tbsp (3 tbsp) water
1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp) lemon juice
4 tablespoons (4 tablespoons) -butter
120 ml (0.50 cups) fresh cream
1 tsp (1 tsp) vanilla extract
