Let's make a healthy fall snack! Once you try these Caramel Apple Grapes, you'll want to have them on repeat all season long!

Ingredients:
Green California Grapes
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
8 pitted Medjool dates - softened
2 tbs. almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tablespoon of honey
a pinch of salt
crushed peanuts
Instructions:
1.) Rinse grapes and pat dry.
2.) Prepare your caramel dip! Start by pureeing softened, pitted Medjool dates. (soak in warm water for about 10 minutes) You can do this in a food processor or strong blender.
3.) Add in Greek Yogurt and mix until smooth.
4.) Place almond butter and vanilla in mixture and mix again.
5.) Honey is optional but really adds to caramel taste. You'll want to add just a pinch of salt too. Mix one last time.
6.) Insert picks in your California grapes and first dip into your yogurt caramel dip, and then the crushed peanuts. Place on a pan or dish lined with parchment paper.
7.) You can enjoy right after dipping, but I like to pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes so the dip firms up a bit.
