Chicken Breast Pudding in Caramel sauce
Ingredients List:
1 liter of cold milk
A glass of granulated sugar
A glass of flour
One tablespoon of rice flour
125 g butter
Caramel sauce:
A glass of granulated sugar
Two glasses of water
A coffee spoon of butter
A tablespoon of corn starch
Preparation:
We take the butter into the pan, and after it melts, we add the flour and fry for two minutes with the help of a whisk. Then we add cold milk, rice flour, granulated sugar and cook it mixing them with a whisk. We take it off the stove and beat it for 5 minutes with a mixer machine. We take it into a glass bowl and leave it to cool down. We melt the granulated sugar in a pan on low heat. When its color turns caramel, we add water and butter on it. After it starts to boil, we make it consistent with cornstarch. We pour our caramel sauce while it's still hot onto the cooled chicken breast pudding. After it comes down to the room temperature, we put it in the refrigerator and serve it cold. Good luck! Bon apetit!
