370 ML. ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/2 CUP SUGAR
For fudge, pie/ tart filling, bars, cookies add same amount of white chocolate - 690 grams( 1:1 ratio)
For cake frosting add 414 grams- 345 grams. 60- 50% of white chocolate (2:1 ratio)
