For the caramelized apples:
600 g peeled apples
90 g (6 tbsp) sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
10 g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
For the dough:
5 eggs
130g sugar
A pinch of salt
160g flour
50g milk
Baking tray 32x37 cm
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes
For the cream:
200 g cream (33% fat)
300 g cream cheese
50 g powdered sugar
