6 crepes:
1 cup milk (warm)
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp sugar
1/4 baking powder
pinch of salt
butter for frying
heavy whipped cream (for decorating)
1 banana will be enough for 3 crepes.
Why I use warm milk?
Ingredients will bond easier together. Also it will speed up each crepe baking time. Another reason to use warm milk is to get lace texture on the crepes. Warm milk will interact with baking soda and you will get that beautiful lace texture.
