A couple of questions. 1) Did you do any comprehensibility strength tests using the standard breaking of cores at 7, 14, and 28 days? 2) Did you do any tests for changes in strength when used as confinement to standard rebar? In other words did it make the walls, beams, columns, significantly stronger when carbon fibers were added to structures that normally require steel reinforcement? 3) Can you make a practical engineering (real world) model of how this added strength could be applied? In other words, when designing a set of columns and beams for a bridge, and using the same dimensions of beam spans etc., the total carrying capacity of the bridge increased by X%, and the weight of the structure decreased by X%. If the weight load capacity of the bridge increased by 10% and the actual weight of the structure decreased by 5%, that would be very significant, and might allow for increased span between supports etc.

To compliment the carbon nanotube even more, combine it with volcanic ash just like the Romans built their structures thousands of years ago. New school combined with old school techniques.

Good work... I just did 3 new mix designs today using this additive! 👍👍 Did you find out that it changes the air content when used with other additives??

hello i was wondering can cnt be used as a primary material ,than being a being a secondary material such as a reinforcement ? if so can its properties change based on electrical stimulation , making it either hard or soft ? can it be a smart material that responds to an alogorithm to take shape , creating houses in an instance ? please do reply ,its an honest doubt and i cant seem to find any answers on this or if you know someone who could help , that would be helpful thank you

Ummm no we don't have all that technology yet... It just increases the strength of the concrete right now

Does anyone know of any companies that are manufacturing any cement with this in it yet. ?

Interesting prospect, though very impractical.
