3:04 SUPER important. NO RUSHING. SAFETY FIRST. NO JOKE. One bad lift can wreck your back and then it's goodbye to this career. I've seen it first hand. You're doing this for a long haul, not just a day.

A swivel disk was being used with a friend & it definitely made things easier. Having it placed correctly is important of course. Also, it's been important for each client I've seen to sit a while after meals for the sake of digestion, rather than getting directly back into bed.

But can you do it safely for them and yourselves ? I'd be VERY wary of such an attitude. All it takes it one wrong misalignment and move and your spinal cord tears like a wet tampon. If that cord inside your spinal disks gets injured, you've basically messed with or severed the communication link from your brain to the rest of your body, and then YOU'RE the one that's going to be needing assistance.
