I met Ricardo at Liguanea Club when i visited last year and told him how much I love his commentary. This was a confirmation of his brilliance. That guy who did the post-race interviews was brilliant. All the commentators were on point. Love from a Jamaican in Nairobi ❤. Big up Sportsmax

What I've noticed about the Jamaican runners! They will tease the other runners on the track. Let them pass and then they take off like a jet. No one can pass them. And they don't like to lose.

Come on guys...treat your audience as new to 4x4 relays- instead of just glossing over the complexities of a 4x4- state that the opening lap must be completed in you assigned lanes and then the next lap may only cross into the inner lanes after clearing the zone on the back straight- the batons must be exchanged in the zones near the finish line-the order of reception is based on positions of teammates at the 200 to go mark unless a ridiculous burst or speed or slowing down causes the order to change significantly and the judges are supposed to inform the athletes of their respective order of reception😂 No charge
