In Egypt (katayf )we did it special in our fasting month (Ramadan )...but it's smaller and we fry in oil after we put inside nut mix or cheese

Thankyou for the recipe. Ive seen really complicated methods of making lahuh that take ages so I've never made them. This is so easy so will definitely give it a go. The music is a little loud so can't hear you clearly.

We call it baghrir in algeria but instead of flour we put semoulina and we serve it with sugar and melted butter i will try your recipe By the way i discover your channel and im in love..you are amazing 😍😘 big kiss

We traditionally make it much thinner, more crepe like. We usually let the dough sit 3 days to get sour… sour dough crepes. Cooling the pan is a different technique than I am used to. I usually rub the pan with an oiled paper towel. I guess this is the Israeli version… different but nice.
