The Carmen Hass originated in the southern region of the Basilia valley in the municipality of Uruapan, Michoacan, Mexico. Mr. Carlos Mendez found it and started to propagate it and became popular since it produced fruit in addition to the regular season, it produced fruit in the off season also known as a "loca" offseason crop. Glad I was able to find not 1 but 2, need to plant the other one soon. 🥑Avocado Talk🥑
