Eliza Eri, this clip doesn’t reveal her ancestry. It simply reveals she has a half-sister. But even that has a question mark over it. Ancestors are those generations going back. Descendants are those generations going forward. Finding your half-sister that your father fathered is moving forward a generation. It doesn’t reveal the ancestry of either half-sisters. What they did reveal going back was that the name of her father’s father was not consistent. So that to me raises questions as to her father’s ancestry. Get the woman a DNA test to reveal if she has any genetic affinity first with the alleged half-sister they found, and then to see if either she, or the half-sister have any genetic affinity with the Azana clan in Spain, or Spaniards in general. I suspect the father may have been a bit of a liar. Perhaps not even a Spaniard. Imagine after an actual DNA test it said she was half Yemeni. 😂 Some early Middle Eastern immigrants in the UK assumed Spanish identities to be not discriminated as much. It’s happened before. Bring on the DNA test! Do you know the reason why we call Gypsies by the term “Gypsies” and the Spanish call them “Gitanos”? Both words derive from the word for Egyptian in Old English (Gipcian became Gypsy) and Old Spanish (Egiptano became Gitano) respectively. Because the wandering Sub-Continentals (from modern North India and Pakistan) passed themselves off as Egyptians almost one thousand years ago as they entered Europe to not be discriminated as much. The word for “Gypsy” in almost every European language is derived from the word for Egyptian in each language.

The second marriage certificate doesn’t eliminate the former president as a candidate at all, as “Ferdinand” is simply an Anglicization of “Fernando.” Provided, of course, he had a middle name. Wikipedia doesn’t list one for Azaña.
@rosameryrojas-delcerro1059

The former president was Manuel, not Fernando. So the second marriage (says Fernando) is inconsistent with the first (says Manuel). It also doesn't rule out a lie, OR the father being someone completely unrelated, but with the same name. It also doesn't rule out the grandfather being a brother, cousin or other relative of the former president named Manuel or Fernando. I have been doing my genealogy since 2005 and have several names on there that are the same as notable people, but are 100% unrelated to them. Only DNA could answer the question. And it actually did say (1:06) that he was not the son because the mother was too young.

Thanks so much for your comment, Bethany! We're grateful to you for joining us in your DNA journey. We hope that your results can help you learn more about your family history from your paternal grandfathers line. We're proud to have been able to provide Scotland as its own distinguished region ever since our latest update. If you'd like to learn more about it, we have a blog post that goes in to detail on why you may see the region in your own results, or a higher percentage than anticipated. Link: www.ancestry.com/corporate/blog/why-your-latest-results-could-include-more-scotland-in-your-ethnicity-estimates We hope this helps a little, and we wish you every success in your future research!

No es una monarquía totalitaria, sino constitucional, como en todos los países de Europa con monarquía. Hay rey y presidente. Pero Manuel Azaña fue presidente durante la segunda república española, por lo que en su época no había rey, sólo presidente.
