Carne Asada Beef Jerky
I have never before heard of or had Carne Asada Beef Jerky in my life, so I created my own man, Oh! man, is it delicious. You will love this creation and the flavors of Carne Asada in jerky form out of this world for sure. Now you can have it anytime, anywhere, and anyway you want and crave it. It's a Easy Process, the only thing that seems to feel like it takes forever is the waiting game, just waiting to be able to through it on to dehydrate is 24 hours easy and the next part is the aprox. 12 hours it takes for dehydration. Once you have done the almost 2 days of waiting, it is so very much well worth it for sure. ENJOY THIS RECIPE MY FRIENDS. SINCERELY, J.C.
Ingredients:
4 pounds of beef jerky meat
1 Tbsp Carne seasoning
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 Tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
Optional and as many as you desire:
Orange slices
Lime slices
Onion sliced rings
Green onions
1-2 cups Tampico reg orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 can Corona Extra
In the Ninja for the Marinate:
Green onions
1/2 onio
1-3 cloves of garlic
Optional how much and if you want it
1 jalapeño
1 yellow chili
1/2 bunch of cilantro or less
1/2 can Corona Extra
1/2-1 cup Tampico orange juice
DEHYDRATE FOR APROX. 12 HOURS AND ENJOY YOUR HOMEMADE CARNE ASADA BEEF JERKY!
