I've been on the carivore diet for 10 weeks now. Here's what happend: The brown spots on my hands went away...my fungi toenails went away, my arthritis went away, my psorisis is ALMOST gone (3/4 gone but stubborn) AND I lost 15lbs and now am down to my teenage weight! (I'm 60) The mental clarity is unbeliievable and as a result, I decided to get my next degree.

The duet was 😍😍😍 Six weeks in, ex vegan... Actually ex everything because I'm desperate to fix sinus problems... Within the first week my stomach bloat went away for the FIRST TIME IN MY Life, my ears are no longer congested, a weird bump on my nose I had for 30 years vanished, and my fog has cleared. I'm so shocked this worked.
@vanessarheadart9708
Жыл бұрын
I started this for my neuropathy but I took decongestants almost daily and felt like I had been hit in the face with a cricket bat most mornings but never had a runny or blocked nose. After 6 days I was looking for a pen and opened the junk draw, saw the decongestants and said out loud "oh I haven't taken these all week" so I went on an Internet mooch and found out that I may have inherited my father's very bad migraines (I had always considered myself lucky as the first generation not to have them in over 100 years) to find out not only had I had frontal migraines all this time, I was self medicating them and carrying on in pain without looking after myself(the get over it is strong in this one) I haven't felt this well in 20 years. Carnivore has made me well and I will never go back. I had a bit of crap the other week(sons 21st and by crap I mean a very small pastry and a bit of side salad) a few days ago my ears started crackling like popcorn and my tinnitus is really bad, hadn't even realised it had gone untill it came back, I've had it since I was 2/3 years old. Never having a cheat again.

Bella and Kelly, I want to thank you for this. I’m watching a year and a half, almost, after you aired it, so I have no idea if you will ever see this … but I want to thank you over and over again. In April 2021, my husband and I went keto, then carnivore in October 2021. I am more “keto-vore” than my husband. In the year, from April 2021 to April 2022, I lost 75 lbs; I still have another 60 ish I want to lose. However in December I almost stalled. I was still losing minimally, but it was a struggle. About April, I heard Kelly say, “There is no need to fast on a carnivore diet”. That empowered me to trust eating 2MAD, which I find far easier than OMAD, which I had been doing for almost a year. I have been slowly gaining since beginning OMAD-only five pounds at this point, but it was still worrying. I am *so* grateful that you are discussing this, because it is allowing me to just trust the process. I am trying to stay off the scale, and I’m also trying not to measure (because yes, I have gained back an inch). I will trust the process. Thank you thank you thank you. I know this is right for me because I do feel *so* much better!!!

i used carnivore and keto to recover from anorexia. damn doctor and dietician were just telling me to eat salads and grains that make you poop all day. doctor, if i am trying to gain weight, should i be pooping all day ? so, i did dirty keto, keto, now carnivore, started cooking everything I can in lard, eating fatty meat, working out. maintaining weight, so far. gained from 90-100-137. 140 post high school on a carb diet. 137 lil to no carbs. i guess that means it's all muscle. i had to start working out to make the muscles grow back, though. i haven't worked out as hard as i do since high school, 11-12 years ago.

Pre diabetic…big belly…not sleeping…hot flashes where I am drenched in sweat all day and all night… and last week I finally went to the ENT because of my snoring and insomnia. I was told that I am obese with sleep apnea….that was the icing for me. So now I am trying this high fat carnivore diet to heal and not go on hormone therapy and other meds. I really look up to and respect both of you. I have autoimmune disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and I am trying to do full carnivore but seem to be failing daily. Mostly with drinks and cheese whisps. I really desire to just go full blown carnivore to try and heal my gut and feel better. I just can’t even think about gaining weight because I have been so overweight previously, 325lbs was my highest weight. I have lost down to 160-165 range and still have a lot of fat on my body so I don’t know how to handle gaining anything!

Then I switched to carnivore where I yoyoed the same 5 lbs. for almost a year. I relapsed for 9 months. Went on carnivore and took the bbbe challenge. Recently asked Dr, Barry for suggestions. Watching this again. I lost 25-30 lbs combo of keto and paleo a year and half ago. Since then been on a plateau plus may some pounds - don't have a scale go by clothes. Cheated a lot why my metabolism is broke. Been on carnivore for 5 days so far, I am not sure I want to do strict carnivore, doing it for 30 days. I naturally intermittent fasting 6/18 sometimes longer. If I get hungry, I eat a TB of butter. Feelings are no longer muted. Today, Had to go get zero gaterade, yes I know it is not totally clean, but was desparate because I felt weak, yesterday felt like I was going to faint. I eat more salt to help with this. I don't like a lot of salt - use Redman pink. Thank you so much for the info and the lovely piano piece.

I"m laughing at each of their stories cuz mine was and is so different. I have always loved meat and when I was vegan that is what I missed the most. Then I went Keto. Was gaining weight and had so many health problems that I started investigating inflammation and came upon the incredible Carnivore health stories - ok this matches up with theirs, but when I first started, I am in seven days now, I ate hamburger meat that first day and was sick of my all-time fave meat. I ate twice that day two patties each. By the second day I had one patty and I couldn't stand the smell or thought eating any more - I did try. Then every day since I have had one meal a day. I did eat Ribeye one day and loved that. It is a work in progress I am committed!

Wow I had the opposite affect all I could think about is I’m not Hungary anymore after a day of meat eating say from 11-5pm 2 meals and that’s it my stomach felt good and I was full so I’m left thinking of food but I’m not hungry and I.m Telling myself it’s ok yet I feel guilty because before carnivore diet I ate around the clock all hours all the time so I feel guilty that I actually don’t need to eat around the clock my stomach feels full and my mind can’t comprehend this I’m watching this way of thinking I’m only 4 days into this carnivore diet and I feel so good I feel calmer. I’m just trying to ease off ice cream my body craves this and I always allowed myself to eat this especially late at night. I don’t have a weight problem if anything I’m under weight or others might call me petite but I’m looking to feel healthy since COVID. I still have residue symptoms of fatigue insomnia body aches but it’s starting to go away quickly it’s amazing.

Salt is offered with and without chemicals to prevent clumping. I suspect the differences in experience have to do with pure salt compared to salt with anti clumping agents. It may also have something to do with how much water you drink, where the water comes from, and how the water was processed/purified.
