Carol’s Vegan Kitchen - Choco Coco Almond Patties
Vegan. Alkaline. Low sugar. Low acidic.
This recipe has 15-16 grams of sugar per tablespoon. 48 grams of sweetener in recipe.
Theobroma means food of the gods.
Theobromine is found in Theobroma Cacao.
Toast 1 Cup Almonds.
Put In the Food Processor:
Maple Syrup - 3 Tablespoons
Vanilla Extract - Dash
Shredded Coconut - 1 Cup
Toasted Almonds - 1 Cup
Cinnamon - Dash
Salt - Pink Himalayan - Large Pinch
Cacoa Powder - 6 Tablespoons
Chop together in Food Processor.
Melt together in small sauce pan:
Cacoa Butter - 1 Chunk/ 1.5 Ounces/ 44 Grams
Coconut Oil - 3 Tablespoons
Then Add to Food Processor.
Chop in Food Processor until blended crumbly texture.
Goji Berries - If Desired - 1 Handful.
Stir in.
Line cookie tray with parchment.
Shape into small patties.
Refrigerate for at least fifteen minutes.
Or freeze.
