Thank you for showing Fuel. It is the next program I am doing. I jump between Caroline and Sydney Cummings because they are in my opinion the best two trainers on KZitem. Both amazing, knowledgeable and free. Sydney did her workouts until the day she gave birth! They both are beyond amazing. I can’t wait to start the Fuel program!

I too go back and forth with Caroline and Sydney because they are the only trainers who motivate me. I love them so much! And Sydney crushing all the way until almost giving birth! Amazing!!

I watched your whole Epic Endgame journey in awe. I tried Caroline's beginner week a while ago and felt so overwhelmed, it felt so hard. Have been doing mostly madfit for about 10 months and finally got the courage a few weeks ago to try Caroline's beginner again. Was amazed how much stronger I felt. I decided to commit to Epic heat now (not sure why I chose that but just did) and now just finished day 6. Really proud of myself! Thanks as always for your inspiration, a big part of it!!

I'm starting week 2 of this program now and I'm definitely loving this structure! I usually find Caroline's cardio workouts too hard and intense, and having more cardio incorpurated everyday makes each one more fun and the cardio focused one less intense, which I prefer! Love your videos, specially workout reviews, keep it up!!

Currently doing FUEL series, and it was so great! The combo of Strength and Cardio is brilliant! It reminds me of her Epic Heat, which I loved too. I can tell you that Day 3 has the hardest finisher!!! Day 16 has the hardest leg day so far!! My quads are crying 😂

I just finished Week 5 of Epic Heat! It was a big change for me. I had to hike up my protein consumption to counter all the soreness in the beginning, but I already see changes and am super motivated! Length is perfect! Personally I love lower body workouts and hate upper body, but this forces me to do it, and I’m already noticing strength gains. I can see myself doing some other programs later, maybe Fuel! Also having a heat wave here. I’ve been making overnight oats.

Week one felt so easy as compared to other Caroline's typical workouts but as the program progressed the difficulty level increased. This program is the perfect mixture of strength, endurance and cardio 🥵 This program really made me work very hard 🤯

Great job jaime!! I am on week 2 of fuel now,and yeah i totally agree with you week1 is literally so intense and has alot of leg workouts and cardio (i don't enjoy leg workouts and cardio in those hot days is not my favourite 😅) but however i enjoyed it, decided to stick on to this programme cause 30 min is really a perfect time for me and it is something new and challenging so i gotta see how strong i will be at the end of it. I’m doing fuel right now and where I live it’s consistently 30°C so after each workout I have to swim in my own sweat while I stretch 🥲 bless Caroline for giving us free programs but this cardio based program in the thick of summer feels like a punishment ngl

Like you, I find the first week of a new program to be most intensive and as the weeks go, the muscle soreness isn't as regular as first week. I'm also a cat mom, I often have to watch around when lifting weights cuz my cat would sit near me and I've had to make sure the weights won't touch him😁

I stopped doing homeworkouts since I'm back to heavy weightlifting at the gym, but I love hearing what's new with Caroline's programs! The issue with those workouts for me is that giant sets, cardio bursts etc are fun and creative but they don't cause as much hypertrophy as a really heavy compound lift with appropriate breaks. Once I built the muscle I want, I'll definitely go back to Caroline's workouts some days☺️

The first couple of weighted workouts I did at home, I used wine bottles 😂 so glad I’ve purchased some weights to have now. They are definitely worth it! Caroline’s programs intimidated me at first too heh, I was SO nervous to try epic heat- which was the first program I did from her. But once you get going, you realize how much you can do, and her programs are set up for you to succeed, because they are so well balanced!

@@rachanadalal5582 yes I usually do 2 cardio days as an add on. I do her 20-30 minute lower intensity cardio videos. I don’t follow a specific diet, I just count macros and am in a slight deficit. I’ve tried all the fad diets and those weren’t sustainable for me, but counting macros has really helped me. Hope this helps!

Hahaha, it is so true that week 1 is usually "easier" and it just gets tougher and tougher the following weeks (ehhem, I am talking about the burpee week🤣) FUEL is so much similar to HEAT program with more cardio incorporated which I do not really enjoy especially in this heat 😂 Everyday is a sweaty day. Definitely got thicker thigh muscles after doing any girvan program. I can’t fit into many of my jeans, so I had to donate most of my jeans (literally only have 2 pairs of long jeans)!!

Do you have any recs on trainers or exercises that won’t make your thighs thicker? I love Caroline but I’m already quad dominant and I feel like her leg days are headed in a bulkier direction than I’m comfortable with!! Anyone else feel like this?

@@julianaleon3098 my tip is, when doing girvan's program, try using lighter weights or stick to just body weight for all leg exercises. and replace one of her leg days with another body area or use it as another rest day. pamela reif and growing anananas are mostly body weight so i dont think their program will bulk you up as much for legs. if you dont mind chloe ting, her stuff will probably work too.

I am following Caroline Girvan since the beginning of my strength training. I love those workouts too much. But hey just one question. As these workouts are more than 4 weeks long.. do you workout during periods too? I mean should we?

She is AMAZING! I think it’s really up to you if you want to workout through your period or if you want to take a rest week. I usually like to take it day by day and see how I’m feeling. Usually the 2nd day of my period is the WORST so I take it as a complete rest day and resume gentle activity the next day when I’m feeling better. But all our bodies are different and we have different reactions to our cycles so it’s really a personal preference thing! It also differs month to month, so some cycles I might feel better and exercise through my period- other times I might get hit harder and take 3-4 days off intense training!

Yaaay! Haven't finished watching this video but I'm always excited when you try Caroline's programs and tell us about it! I'm gonna be starting this as soon as I'm done with the IRON series. I usually switch between following Penny Barnshaw and CG, but I'm trying to finish the IRON series so I'll be staying loyal to her this week haha. I personally don't enjoy CG's HIIT (except for the high knees HIIT, power HIIT and most of the 20 min HIIT workouts) as they seem more like a leg HIIT to me than a full body HIIT workout so I do Courtney Anderson's kickboxing HIIT! I don't know if you've tried her workouts yet but I hope you do! Love her kickboxing workouts! Also, idk why but you give me more motivation to complete CG's programs. She creates really fun and enjoyable workout videos but sometimes I just feel really out of it and that's when I watch your videos to motivate myself! I really can't do a workout well when I'm running low on motivation so yeah, motivation is necessary for me! I love your videos ❤❤

Im sorry but her workouts are never been strength is all cardio to a workouts to be strength you need to progresive overload increase weights and when your doing max reps you will never reach increase on weights you will fatige very fast and 10 or 20 segs rest means your workoing endurance to a workouts to be strenght you need minimum 3 Minute rest and slow reps with slow tempo but no hate i love to work endurance cardio muscles

@@jaimefok i already told you her workouts are all same cardio endurance just because she use dumbells and do muscle training specific doesnt mean is strength is when you want to lift or do most heavy reps at a slow rep range that you will progresive overload increase but when you almost dont have any rest you will always use same weights because is imposible to get stronger when you dont have enough rest i will always say her workouts are not for someone that wants bigger muscles is just something to get nice pump and burn lots of calories

@@jonathanarroyo6093 I’m just saying from experience, I have gotten WAY stronger since I started doing Caroline’s programs. I can feel it physically and also see my muscles growing externally. Call it whatever you want, but I’m seeing muscle growth :)
