RECIPE:
Carrot puree:
2-3 carrots
2-3 cauliflower flower
salt
Water
The carrots and cauliflower in salted water until tender. Then puree without water.
Bean balls:
1 can of beans
Salt
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp marjoram
2 tablespoons water
I blender these.
4 tablespoons rice flour
Oil for frying
Then I add the flour and mix. I form balls and fry them in hot oil. Serve with the carrot puree. Enjoy!
