1/3 cup (25 g) oatmeal.
3.5 oz (100 g) white unsweetened yogurt.
1 egg.
1/3 teaspoon baking powder. 1/3 teaspoon baking soda.
1/3 cup (25 g) oatmeal. Ground oatmeal. 2 tablespoons corn flour.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
3:08 Preparing cream for dessert:
7 ounces (200 g) cottage cheese. 3.5 oz (100 g) mascarpone or cream cheese.
Sweetener to taste. I use honey.
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.
Distribute the dough evenly over the pan.
Bake over low heat with a lid.
Turn over and bake for another 5 minutes.
6:20 Assembling dessert:
Cut into 4 pieces and leave to cool.
Distribute the cream evenly on each piece.
Sprinkle berries or ground walnuts on top.
