I needed a small, lightweight trailer to tow behind my Polaris Ranger UTV. The small trailers from Carry On trailer seemed to be the best option for my needs.
I considered the fold-up channel frame trailers from Harbor Freight, but they need a wood deck installed on them. I didn't want the hassle of trying to maintain a wood deck in the climate I live in since the trailer will be stored outside. I wasn't too fond of the lack of rigidity of a fold-up, bolt together trailer either, so I ruled out the Harbor Freight trailer.
This is a new and improved version of these small trailers. The previous design was built with angle iron for the main frame and cross members. The ramp gate was welded to the frame. The side rails were also welded to the frame.
