There is more to animation beyond what the "animation is cinema" crowd could ever imagine.

You flatter me but that's kind of my goal - there's no more curation in the culture today, guess it's up to me!

I remember being a fan of toon reviewers before I scrolled through your twitter account. I was that one obnoxious guy who posted those "gotcha" images for that ls mark post you made. I honestly thought you were a 14 year old girl with no attention span. That was until an objectively worse toon reviewer (dumbsvile) said you reposted "Hitler" and "Stalin's" t takes on animation on your profile. I scrolled through it and realized the image of "you" I had in my head was completely wrong. "I mean I guess this guy is right about that" I thought at first. Thhen again on the second then third then 4th then 10nth, 100th 1000th and so on. You pretty much black pilled me on the animation industry.

The intended demo for animation in The United States will always be 6-12 year old boys, most current year cartoonists don't want to appeal to them and despise what does

How has anime gotten so popular? It's a real mystery

@@cartoonaesthetics By appealing to 6-12 year old boys duh, that's why Pokemon and DragonBall Z nearly killed Warner Bros TV animation and Why The Batman, 2003 Teen Titans and Xiaolin Showdown had flashier fight scenes than The DCAU (to compete with Naruto)

Every time I see Bimbo the Dog I literally think about that weird cartoon from Australia called "Bimbo's Auto" which is about a Wombat getting a New Car after his Old one catches a Cold and he ends up crashing it after some insane stuff and he gets back to his old car it's a strange piece of Animation History I suggest you to see it.
