Thanks for the video. What has been your experience with OPN balloons?

Have not yet used the SIS-OPN balloon but look forward to doing so - it was recently approved in the US but is not yet widely available.

After violating the new stent with the 2.0 balloon in the ostial LAD, did you do a final kiss?
@manosbrilakis

Final kiss would have been a great idea - we did not but we did IVUS that showed no significant deformation of the left main stent.

Sir, considering the initial difficulties why go with the second stent at all?
@manosbrilakis
2 жыл бұрын
The left main had been ballooned outside the stent - we were concerned for increased risk of restenosis if we did not place a stent.

Rota-regret. Why didn't you start from 1.25 burr?
@manosbrilakis

We did not expect the difficulty delivering equipment. We were expecting the lesion to be undilatable and for such lesions in big vessels such as the left main orbital atherectomy may work better than a 1.25 mm Rotablator burr.
