Consider dehydration also as a precipitating /trigger factor in Migraine. Early age onset headache could be due to hereditary and visual defects perticularly in the form of anisometropia, astigmatism. In cases of depression with headache Sod Divalproex could be considered since it's a bit mood elevator too. If bright light is the trigger factor... Ask history of the sorounding flickering colour LED lights, which needs to be put off.

Everything is very clear but it doesn’t clear the fact about Treatment. The main question should be is it permanently treatable or only symptomatic Treatment in Migraine.

Migrain has no permanent treatment just symptomatic and life style modification.
