Yes I'm fully aware that this clip is a skier, but movement where you might practice it in-doors can be quite beneficial, making your first day much better. Plus it is a lot warmer and hopefully less slippery, but please don't do movement on the wood floor likely to make someone very mad!
Hopefully this will help many of you realize that the biomechanics are very much the same only the alignment across the snowboard this the major difference. The power to steer and guide all work best start in the feet/ankles/knees & hips, which I would call the chain of power in our winter sports or maybe even the steering wheel? This all depends on how you look at it and that goes without saying it's up to you to develop it we can only hope to put you on the right road!
