18cm aluminum tray (2 trays)
Cassava Cake:
500g ( 1/2 kg ) fresh grated cassava
223g (1 & 1/4 cups ) granulated sugar
200ml ( 1 cup ) coconut milk
200ml ( 1 cup ) evaporated milk
100g ( 1/2 cup ) unsalted butter (melted)
2 S~M size eggs
50g young coconut strips
1 tsp vanilla extract / vanilla essence
50g shredded cheese
30g red kaong (cut into small)
30g green kaong (cut into small)
Custard Topping:
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract / vanilla essence
50g shredded cheese
30g red kaong
30g green kaong
Steam for 1 hour
180℃ broil for 10~15 minutes
