11:38 He wont be on the road for long.. After pulling out the thread sleeves with a flathead screw driver inside of the head, then calling an exhaust manifold an "intake manifold" better to just NOT do your own work at this point and have a shop work on your truck. He even uses a polishing wheel or grinder wheel 12:20 for the head.... Instead of taking the head to get milled so its an legit even surface.... 14:00 does not matter if you install sleeves.. Still going to have a leak at the head right before the "Exhaust Manifold" Its basically multiple points of failure since the sleeve is a middle man, requires 2 gaskets when sealing the exhaust manifold to the head. Putting sleeves on after using a hand held grinder defeats the purpose of preventing exhaust leaks specially under boost pressures past 20 to 30 psi on a diesel engine let alone a turbo waste gated cat engine...

Thanks for watching but kno your facts first buddy..sounds like u don’t work on anything of yours and u let shops take your money definitely not a way to make it nowadays as an owner opp..fyi the trucks been running for weeks with no problems and no leaks..also fyi most shops and diesel mechanics around here were gonna fix it the same way we had it fixed..most machinest we contacted said they were gonna fix it this way too..there was not many options on how to fix this problem without replacing the head.. thanks for watching anyways guys yalls comments and watching the video helps the channel regardless of the hating u do..god bless..🙏🏽

@@jnamotorsportsntrucking747 when you classify an exhaust manifold as an intake manifold thats the same feelings of trust i have with the company i work for, the shop foreman classified a paccar back pressure valve as a waste gate when they serve 2 completely different purposes.
