I come to watch this video whenever the BS of social media gets me angry. This video, sorry, masterpiece is a reminder that the internet can be a good place. The cinematography is outstanding, well done to all involved. However, the star of the show, and I hate the word awesome because the English language can be used so much better, the star of the show is the absolute awesomeness of nature. Phenomenal content.

This is Tammie Parrish Miller commenting. I was taught by my mother to love storms for as long as I can remember. The thunder and lightning are something to behold. I love the rain as well. I recently rescued a dog who did not like it at all when the thunder would begin. Finally, he has become still when it storms. I taught him with the sound of my voice that it was comforting if that makes sense. I also love the sound of frogs! This entire video is incredible. How wonderful to have access to this place! Thanks for sharing it with us!

LovelyHick The point of this video is to show the full experience revolving around the Catatumbo Lightning and not just constant flashing for 20 minutes. I get you and I guess many people will think the same but that‘s not the point of this. For lightning only I have already released a couple of videos here actually, they are shorter but focus on lightning & storm clouds only ✌🏼
@outspoken9922
5 жыл бұрын
gewitterjagd The problem is you failed to deliver the full experience. Hear me out. I was disappointed because you put this overlay of music on it. The storm didn't produce that music so why on Earth did you add it? Nobody wants to hear added music. I personally came to the video expecting to hear just the sound of the storm. You for some odd reason added music on top of something that likely sounded amazing in person. When you recorded this and experienced it yourself, was that music you added playing? NO! But you claim you wanted to "show the full experience". Smh. You essentially robbed the viewers of a real experience when you did all your edits and added music that was not originally the sound of the storm. None of us can appreciate and experience it in the way that you did because you added music and did not allow us to fully hear the thunder and crackling sounds of the storm throughout the video. I absolutely love storms and this video was terrible and a waste of my time. I would have loved to be able to hear its sound without your edits to it. I don't know what parts are the natural sound and which parts are the music you added. Next time, just do a live video and kill all the dramatic effects you added as it takes away from the experience of the storm. You destroyed the masterpiece of this storm when you added sh*t to it. So nobody should be the least surprised that this video got a thumbs down and didn't even go viral. The storm was supposed to the focal point and you just ruined it with all your edits. I'm off to find another channel that gives the viewers and us storm lovers a real unedited experience. Next time, do better and leave out your edits.
