Mouth is watering, you honestly couldnt eat better or fresher than that. Im shocked that pot caught that size of a lobster, fair play must give that a go.

Declan Lowe . Yes is tasted lovely, the best that wild food has to offer! 😊. As long as they can get their head and claws in through the hole at the end, you’re fine. A big spider crab would be too wide, for them I use a wire coat hanger and make a bigger ring at the end of the net to allow bigger things to get in. Increase from 4” to approx 6” ish opening.

lobsters are better caught on old bait crabs are easier caught with fresh bait

whitetrouter Interesting, I’ve never been too fussy what goes in a pot, scraps, fish guts, old bait, whatever I have at the time I suppose. As long as it stinks it usually works. 👍🏻
