"I've been teaching him a lot" - blah, blah, blah. The kid did it all without you. Yuk Fu.

After so many years of overfishing tuna up to the point of almost extinction, seeing kids with this video game attitude towards nature is sickening
@rodrigogoncalves6790

You probably didn't understand what I wrote, since there's nothing in my comment that implies that this kid is actually overfishing. My criticism is on the tone of the activity, treating the haunting and killing of an endangered species as something to cheer and be proud of. That is a contribution that the world doesn't need.

@@fcy9722 although I can understand that argument, I cannot agree with it. We must be able to respond to change in order to extend survival in this planet. If our current economic activity threatens it, we should learn new crafts and move forward.

@@rodrigogoncalves6790 whats the correct way of reacting then? And also the tuna industry is massive and will NEVER shut down these guys are simply enjoying there job.not to mention that this is a sustainable method of fishing unlike the massive drag nets used previously

I'm happy for them. The thrill of the hunt, you'll never understand, just like I don't understand how people wouldn't enjoy it. Well this world would be boring if we all agreed on the same things I guess...
