It blows my mind that this cast is mind blown at the amount of love people have for them in their show. I am a diehard. I watch season one all the way to the finale at least once a year all the way through. I will forever till I die. Tell everyone that Heaven is my favourite show in the world. Nothing will ever be able to top that show and it’s not just because of, the plot what the show is about it’s the characters. It’s the people who fulfilled the shoes of these characters. They did such a good job at fulfilling their acting jobs. That really just reels you write in. I don’t know if anybody else feels the same way as I do, but I can watch, an episode for the hundredth time of the emotions as I’m watching it for the first time. Especially that Holocaust episode. I need to know from David. I need to know what was the hardest thing he had to go through during that episode. What was the craziest thing he learned what was it like, acting alongside a holocaust survivor. I just wanna know all about it because I believe that that is like one of the toughest things to have to talk about and be so serious and so emotional that David’s acting was completely incredible during that episode for so young. I need to know more about that. I desperately need to know.

Barry is absolutely hilarious! I love his insight and how he still thinks of the cast as his siblings I wish they would let Mack talk more. Beverley is constantly interrupting her and ignoring her. Yeah I agree because the conversation comes across as boring. Mackenzie especially is kind of a snooze fest. Surprisingly. I don't know if she is trying to come off as sophisticated but it plays a little to librarian. I feel like if they were watching the episodes it would make them more reactive and excited for the nostalgia and expressive. It would be easier to stay on topic if they were following the episodes

So, my siblings and I have a very unique connection to your characters on the show. There were 4 of us, our dad was a non denominational pastor, he was also the chaplain of police. His best friend was the chief. He and a friend started a mission for troubled youths and 8 times we had random youth living with us. One or two was an unwed mother. We would watch your show and feel like it was a mirror of our crazy life. I regularly use 7th Heaven to describe my childhood. 🤣😂😬We are enjoying watching your reunion!

omg I need more quicker! This is actual such a refreshing and cool podcast. I grew up obsessed with the show (superrr unrealistic bc most of our parents weren't as welcoming as "yours" lol. But it was comforting and something I wanted my family to be like. I am 35 and graduated high school in 2007 which you mentioned was when your show ended. So it was a release to watch you. Thanks for being there. I'm never one to judge any profession. You have the fame and maybe the fortune..well deserved for the feels I think a lot of us had. We wanted to be part of that family. Love you all as much as I can without "knowing" you. Thanks for doing this podcast...but seriously chop chop lol

Hello Beverly, Mackenzie, David and Barry: Greetings from your fan from Quito-Ecuador. As usual it's great to see one more episode of the podcast. This is also an especially funny one, since Barry is still present. You guys definitely need to have him as a regular for the podcast. He adds lots of jokes and his dynamic with David is unique. I know you must be tired of hearing this, but you all DO behave like real siblings. You laugh together, kinda argue every once in a while, and you just give a hard time to each other. Just like Family. 😃 If there is one thing that I have taken from this conversation is the fact that Beverly is the real Glue point among all you guys. And I am convinced that (despite from what she thinks) all of you are grateful for that. The things Beverly said about how challenging it separate the identity of the actor and the person are quite enlightening to me. I want to believe that your characters on 7th Heaven did model you in real life, and that you guys got the best aspects of them and made you better people than you had been otherwise. 😊 Beverly, listen. I really hope you realize that all your efforts to maintain the relationships between you guys are priceless. It really speaks about the love and care you have for everyone. It's clear to me that they all appreciate it and value all you do, and that they all feel you as real family. Even though you may see yourself as "annoying" or "bossy", I am sure they all understand it is your way to show that you care for the others. And that does translate in the fact that they are there with you laughing and having a great time. 🙂 You are not "annoying" nor "bossy", it's just because you have a strong dashing personality that projects on those around you. Every group of people should have a person who acts like the glue point for the others to stay together. He who is the center for the others to rotate around. And you must be proud that in the Camden gang you Beverly are that center point (and the others should learn from you). I am SO thankful for all your efforts, because it means that you cherish all the time you spent with them. It melts my heart that at the end of the episode you all said you consider each other as real brothers and sisters. I kinda teared up. 🥲 The best part of this episode was all that discussion about Barry's and David's middle names. I did know about David Lee, but I did not know about Michael Barret. That stories behind those names were crazy, especially Barry's because he pretty much got named after a fictitious chick flick book. I tried looking for a Michael Barret character in a book, but all I got was the fact that there is an Australian fiction author named Michael Barrett. I think Barry should directly ask his aunt for more information. I will keep looking for a book that has a protagonist named Michael Barrett. 🤔 My favorite moments of this episode were: 0:48 - Mackenzie saying all those things about Beverly's cleavage. And Barry's punchline was on point. 🤣 3:30 - What is that "insert foot in mouth" expression that Beverly uses? LMAO. I have never heard such thing before. I kind of get the idea behind it, but it's weird. And the last time she used that thing, it was the funniest way to finish that episode. 😂😂 8:02 - Did Barry really call his wife "Dummy"? Did he really receive a call from her? Or was that just a joke to send us to the eyecatch? 😲 8:26 - That discussion about the middle names were the best couple of minutes of the episode. They kinda argued, but it was funny as nobody's business. 😅 10:00 - "Nice deflection there, by the way" is the best summary of all the previous couple of minutes. 😛 22:22 - I kind of did not get the joke at this point, but Mackenzie's laugh was priceless. I really think she has the best laugh amongst you all. 😉 26:00 - "The Grand Camdens" is the best name four sequel TV series. I definitely like it. 👍 27:30 - That joke regarding Happy was crazy. I will always picture Happy as the best dog of the 90s/2000s. 😇 36:44 - That moment when Barry gets serious and says he loves all of you. Best way to finish the episode. I won't lie, it was kind of disappointing to see that you just answered like 3-4 fan questions. I hope in the future you do more episodes answering fan questions (like all those questions I have been posting in these KZitem videos). And you should focus on quickly answering them to cover as much as possible. But I will be patient and confident that you guys actually get to read these comments, because I want to think that you do. 😅 So, here are a couple of questions I have been thinking about: - What did your relatives (grandparents, aunts/uncles) think of your career as kid actors? 🤔 - What episode/sequence in an episode did you find the most difficult to shoot (because of the lines, or because of the general setup of the scene)? 😓 - Which costume / fashion style has been your favorite when acting as a character in 7th Heaven or in other movie/TV series? 🤠 - What aspect of the personality of your 7th Heaven characters do you think you have incorporated in your real-life person? 😀 - And a quick random question: Where would you go on vacation if you could choose your dream vacation place? 😎 And I will finish this comment because it's too long already. I will be waiting for the next episode on Monday. See you next time. 🙂 Agustin

I think this is super cool. Not just for nostalgia either. And I think is awesome that they are doing this amongst themselves. Unfortunately if they try to go on any kind of mainstream programs they're just going to get immediately asked about Stephen. Whereas here they can just interact in a positive way that lets them connect with the fans without having to put the shadow over it. They all had huge career starts on this show and deserved to have that celebrated and recognized without shrouding it in the darkness.

I love hearing from you all! I wish it were possible to hear from some of the crew as well. I'd love to hear from Mary Ann Good, the set designer, and listen to how she came up with the design of the house and why she chose certain things for each room. I'd also love to hear from whoever does the lighting. Have you ever noticed how the lighting changes throughout the years? Season 1 is brightly lit and you can see everything evenly and plain as day, but by season 8...well, my nickname for season 8 is the "dark season". Not only in lighting but in subject matter. *spoiler alert* It opens with Simon's accident, and throught the season everything is in the dark. People's faces are only half visible because almost every light is off with the exception of one lamp. It's fascinating. Earlier seasons like 6 and 7 have a sort of "soft light" feel, with pretty sunlight coming in through the windows. These sort of things might seem boring or insignificant to some, but to me they're part of the personality of the show. I love the Camden house as much as I love the Camden family. I love how the kitchen was always the place people would meet and talk, or get busted making out. The living room always felt so perfect for welcoming guests or for family meetings. The bedrooms were all so cozy and full of character. Sorry, I could talk all day. Love you guys, and thank you for these podcasts!

I used to be so. Obsessed with 7h Heaven growing up. I used to think there is no show like it on tv. I needed a show like that like something that makes you feel good about watching. I was like 12 when I started to watch cause the show came out when I was five. I liked where it was heading. The first time I watched it was the episode where this boy was going to jump off a building cause of there terrible jeans he didn’t want to wear because his mother was forcing him to wear. After that I became obsessed then I tried to find reruns and now it’s hardly on tv. So if you talk about this or that episode I will get and understand. Now the ONLY family show that is on is When Calls the Heart.
