I think my biggest issue is that the light uses a micro-usb to charge. In 2023 or even back when you did the review in 2022, USB-C should be the standard these days.

as long as the cable is included it's no issue.

I have the 300 and it provides more than enough light even in pitch black.

WARNING: Sometimes beauty is only skin deep. It's a nice, attractive light BUT a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. In this case, it's the base of the light that slides into the plastic H34 bracket that comes with it. The problem is that the release pin spring in the base is not held securely. In fact, it just lays flat in there and not attached to ANYTHING!!! Hard to believe! Thus it comes loose without warning, leaving the light to break free and sprawl on a busy concrete street, mangled and ready to be run over by the traffic behind you. In my case, the light was brand new. Now it's all marked up. And so much for the supposed 2-year warranty. Because if the light stops working, the shop/dealer will claim it was abused, and thus not covered. Going to the bike shop where I bought it, they didn't want to do anything because being banged up is only “cosmetic damage.” Ignored is the inevitable shock to the interior electronics. Despite its attractiveness, it must remembered that this light was made in China NOT Japan....which should be a red flag right there. If the light only lasted only 40 miles or so on smooth streets, I can’t imagine using it for mountain bike trails.
