Welcome to the Causeway campaign taking up the second of three mini-campaigns available in the Tales of Valor expansion. Here you will be taking command of Able and Baker squad from the 82nd Airborne. While sharing some abilities such as fired up and revive squadmate, they otherwise come equiped with their own upgrades, abilities, and weapons. Able focuses more on anti-infantry tactics and is suited for cqb, while Baker is more suited for support and anti-tank role. Both are extremely durable, even on Expert mode, to the point it's very difficult to actually lose when you're able to spam revive squadmate with little to no penalty for it. For upgrades, I like to focus on fully upgrading Able's Thompsons first before switching focus on Baker's recoilless rifle. After the cutscenes play out, simply follow the directed path you're given. After linking up with Baker squad, start to clear out the next set of defenders, but pull back after killing most of them. The game doesn't give you any direction about this part, but if you go to the opposite side of the map you'll see four separate locations of lost paratroopers. Simply walk up to them and that's how you earn the medal. Once that's settled, simply run back (or retreat even) to finish what you were doing and the game will then start hitting you with mortar shells. Rush up to their position and eliminate the rest of the defenders in the town. Here you will be prompted to hold off against several vehicles and a few squads of infantry. After destroying the light armor the mission is over and victory is yours. Enjoy!

Gotta love that Royal Commando OST blasting in the background. Able and Baker squad badasses. With that OST playing in the background? They're fucking badasses.

Good start to yet another epic Company of Heroes campaign. Can't wait to see how the Falaise Pocket campaign goes.

As expected, today has this and another Metro: Exodus vid by patologTV. Hmm, happens at the same time as the first and second American missions... interesting. 0:41: Hey, I know that voice! 1:30: Thought you were gonna monologue a la the Fallout narrator or Old Snake. 3:18: Does that answer your question, soldier? 9:02: Classic RTS secret. You just need to scout out the entire map... learned this when I first played the Command and Conquer games back in the day. ... Killing prisoners sure has its advantages, but since the Allies are the supposed good guys and the liberators, I'm afraid such actions won't be accepted until further notice. Remember, morals first, pragmatism second. Oh, and "fraulein" is a feminine term... ...Oh yeah, Scorched Earth tactics.
