Geologists say "Mountains are HALF the size of what they used to be"........maybe not exact HALF, but, close to it (wink). "Thank You Mike" for taking us to these places that mostly only Birds fly (hug & a smile). GOD BLESSES ALL.

When I worked in Mine Research and Development here in the Forest of the PNW I often wondered how these old timers climbed some of these rugged mountains peaks in search of mineral and then located some of these Lode Mines in the darndest and almost impossible to reach areas, they must have been part Mt. Goat

Broken Rib Mountain is sure mysterious. It's an old mountain among some of the oldest mountains on the continent.

Still looking I see Mike. Incredible footage taken and how far away from the drone were you controlling it? The footage looked very stable in the breeze around the cliffs. PS. I didn't see any sign they were around that area. Maybe at the base of the cliffs.

A lonnng ways...but my eagle eyed spotter could still keep an eye on it! :) It does handle the winds well, and I thought I may have seen some caves at the bottom too...love to go look..
