kalnyachi puri
recipe
It is made up of a
special flour named
as Kalna.
Kalna flour is mix
flour of jowar and
whole urad and
fenugreek seeds.
This kalna flour is
very nutritious,
you can store it
for 45- 60 days
in dry container,
and use to prepare
bhakri,puri,thalipeeth,
dhapate,dhirde..
menas many thypes
of Indian breads.

Ingredients for
kalna flour:
. 1 kg jowar (sorghum)
. 1/2 kg urad (whole black gram)
. 15 gms fenugreek seeds
Note -proportion of jowar
and urad can vari as per choice
means 2:1 or 1:1 or 4:1
Ingredients for
Kalnyachi puri:
. 2 cup kalna flour
(jowar + urad)
. 1 cup wheat flour
. 1 tbsp hot oil
. 1 tsp carrom seeds
. salt
(as per taste)
. oil
