Before and after spine X-ray analysis is an integral part of non correction. Accurate spine measurement methods and patient positioning procedures are mandatory to ensure validity of outcomes. In Chiropractic BioPhysics or CBP Technique, patient neutral resting posture is used for positioning on lateral cervical X-rays. This positioning procedure has been shown to be repeatable and have little effect on the shape of the spine. Thus establishing the fact that spine correction on the followup after treatment X-ray is actually due to legitimate treatment effects and not artifacts of improper positioning techniques.
