For all kind of mushrooms, in order to make them tasty, this first step is critical. make sure you don't soak them in water. If you accidentally did it, or scald it with hot water, you must remember to squeeze the water out, beware that mushrooms are relatively delicate, and they may no longer look nice after squeezing , But taste is the king, so go head and do it!

Corn Starch Mixture 淀粉糊:
