千层面是我家孩子们最喜欢的食物之一,我也非常喜欢做,因为它太容易做了,没有什么技术含量,就是把食材一层一层的叠放,从没有做过饭的人只要遵循食谱都可以成功。人口少也可以一次做上一大盆,不必担心太多吃不完,因为吃剩的千层面重新加热后吃味道会更好。所以这个饭非常适合上班族,也是忙碌的妈妈们的很好的选择。周末做上一大盆,平时热一下就可以开饭。希望你试过后也会喜欢。

Lasagne Ingredients(千层面):
**Meat Sauce(肉酱):
Italian hot sausage 意大利辣味香肠 500g
lean ground beef 牛肉馅 500g
One small onion 洋葱120g
Mushroom 蘑菇160g
Fresh parsley 新鲜欧芹5g
4 cloves garlic 4 瓣蒜 20g
Can tomato paste 罐装番茄酱100g
Can crushed tomatoes 罐装番茄碎796ml/800g
Hot water water 热水1cup
Brown sugar 红糖1tbsp/12g
Fennel seeds 小茴香1tsp/2g
Italian seasoning 意大利复合香料1/2tsp/2gDried basil leaves 干罗勒叶1tsp/1g
Salt 盐1/2tsp/4g
Ground black pepper 黑胡椒1/4tsp/1g
**Ricotta cheese mixture :
Ricotta cheese 瑞克塔奶酪 250g
1 egg 鸡蛋1个55g
Fresh parsley新鲜欧芹 5g
**9 strips of lasagna noodles 9根千层面条 210g
**Grated Parmesan cheese 帕玛森芝士60g
**Grated mozzarella cheese 马苏里拉奶酪450g
Preheat oven to烤箱预热 375F/190C
Bake for 25 minutes covered with foil paper,盖锡箔纸烤25 分钟
Bake another 25 minutes uncovered until the top is golden and bubbly去掉锡箔纸再烤25分钟左右
